Still waiting for Spring

It is almost April, and it is still cold outside! I am beginning to wonder if Spring will ever arrive! In the meantime, I'm creating layouts with some bright, springtime colors to make me feel warmer. Here is a new one that I did this weekend using quite a mix of supplies.

Supplies used: Patterned paper: Cosmo Cricket Hey Sugar. Cardstock: Bazzill and KI Memories lace CS. Transparency: Fancy Pants Glitter Cuts. Ribbon: Crate Paper and My Mind's Eye. Flowers: Heidi Swapp, Prima, KaiserCraft wood flower. Alphas: Thickers (sprayed with coffee shop glimmer mist) and KI Memories. Font: CK Ali's Handwriting. Alpha stamps: Stampin' Up. Prima Say It In Crystals. Fiskars scallop punch.

April projects at Lavender Sentiments

Here are the upcoming projects that I designed for Lavender Sentiments for the month of April. This month's classes include a one page 12x12 layout and a mini flip book, measuring 4x6 inches. The layout is titled "XOXOXO" and features new papers from the Making Memories Love Story line. The flip book, titled "I 'heart' U", is made of chipboard covered with the new SEI Jolie Chocolat papers. The chipboard is cut so that 1/2 inch of the lower layer shows at the bottom. Both of these projects are perfect for Mother's Day!
