So I did manage to finish up that last Sketchfest challenge I was working on last night before the deadline. I have a ton of stuff to do, so I'm just going to post this and run. I hope everyone has a great weekend!

I can't believe I'm still cranking out some of the challenges for the Creative Scrappers Sketchfest! I have another one that I'm working on right now, but I don't know if I'll get it done in time for tomorrow's deadline. Either way, I have had so much fun, and I have never scrapped so many layouts in such a short time.

Creative Scrappers Sketchfest a Success and Crop Addict Technique Posted

Wow!! What a weekend! I want to thank each and every one of you that participated in our first ever Creative Scrappers Sketchfest! We had an amazing turnout, and the gallery is chock full of beautiful layouts and cards! Don't forget, you still have until Thursday to complete challenges and get them loaded into the gallery, and Kristine is still doing some drawings for prizes. I managed to get a few of the challenges done, and I have another one that I have started on. Here are some of my creations from this weekend:

Online crop this weekend at Creative Scrappers!

Join us for a fun weekend of scrapping, games and chatting! The crop starts at 10am EST, Friday, July 25 and ends at midnight Sunday, July 27. Challenges will be posted Friday morning, and you will have until July 31 to post your layouts in the gallery. All challenges will have a sketch to go with it. Sorry about the crooked picture, but since I got my new camera, I can't take a straight picture of a layout to save my life. I used Crate Paper Blue Hill Collection papers, alphas, brads, and diecut journaling block, Prima flowers, and BasicGrey Lilykate ribbon on this page. Journaling reads: Every time I get the camera out, you start hamming it up, squinting your eyes, and making silly faces. My silly girl. June 2008.

Third quarter projects at Lavender Sentiments

Here are the projects that I have designed for upcoming classes at Lavender Sentiments for July, August and September. I have created two 12x12 layouts - one girl page and one boy page. For each layout, you will need two 4x6 pictures. I have also created two gift sets - one with a "For You" theme and one with a "Happy Birthday" theme. Both gift sets include a matching card, altered gift bag and altered 4x6 photo frame.
