Kit 'n' Kaboodles September Kit

The September kit at Kit 'n' Kaboodles is such a fun one! It features papers from 3 Bugs in a Rug Butterfly Kisses collection. Bright, bold colors with whimsical butterflies, dragonflies, and ladybugs are the theme here. It is perfect for those hot summer days. Here's what I've created so far with this kit.

Creative Scrappers Sketch #66

We had a really fun sketch to work with this week at Creative Scrappers by Karan Gerber. For my page, I used Lily Bee, Crate Paper, and Pink Paislee papers, Riff Raff chipboard sprayed with glimmer mist, Paper Studio flowers, and American Crafts Thickers. Back Porch Memories August Kit Reveal

I worked with the Medley Kit this month at Back Porch Memories which was full of gorgeous papers from October Afternoon, BasicGrey, and 3 Bugs in a Rug. I loved this kit, and I bought the extra papers and add ons as well. I already showed you a sneak peek with my Beach (towel) Bum layout below. Here are two more layouts and a card that I created with this kit, and I have another layout in mind that I hope to work on this week.

My Favorite Layout to Date

Here's what I love about Creative Scrappers. A new sketch is posted every week, and these sketches are amazing. They always get the creative juices flowing. This week's sketch is no exception. Here's my take on Sketch #64. I used a hodge podge of papers on this page, including Pink Paislee, Graphic 45, Webster's Pages, and October Afternoon. Flowers are Prima and The Paper Studio. Beach (towel) Bum

Have you seen the August kits at Back Porch Memories? They are gorgeous! The Solo kit includes BasicGrey's June Bug collection. The Medley kit includes BasicGrey Lemonade, 3 Bugs in a Rug Spread Your Wings, and October Afternoon Cherry Hill papers. I have the pleasure of working with the Medley kit this month, and I had to have the embellishment add ons too which included BasicGrey Lemonade chipboard stickers and October Afternoon Cherry Hill wild cards.
