Take the multiphoto challenge!

Be sure and check out my sketch challenge at Crop Addict this week. Each week, I'll be issuing a new multiphoto layout challenge. This week is a sketch challenge using a sketch from Pagemaps. Click here for details on this challenge. Here is my "Say Cheese" page for the challenge:

Sorry about the crooked picture, but since I got my new camera, I can't take a straight picture of a layout to save my life. I used Crate Paper Blue Hill Collection papers, alphas, brads, and diecut journaling block, Prima flowers, and BasicGrey Lilykate ribbon on this page. Journaling reads: Every time I get the camera out, you start hamming it up, squinting your eyes, and making silly faces. My silly girl. June 2008.

Also, be sure and check out the August kit at Kit 'n' Kaboodles. The theme of the kit is travel, and it includes papers from Creative Imaginations and KaiserCraft, stickers and rub ons from 7Gypsies, layered chipboard stickers from We R Memory Keepers, and much more!

I can't wait to show you what I have created with this awesome kit! Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day!

Third quarter projects at Lavender Sentiments

Here are the projects that I have designed for upcoming classes at Lavender Sentiments for July, August and September. I have created two 12x12 layouts - one girl page and one boy page. For each layout, you will need two 4x6 pictures. I have also created two gift sets - one with a "For You" theme and one with a "Happy Birthday" theme. Both gift sets include a matching card, altered gift bag and altered 4x6 photo frame.

Sweet Summer Layout (Bo Bunny Teen Chic papers)

Boys Will Be Boys Layout (BasicGrey Archaic papers)

Happy Birthday Gift Set (BasicGrey Two Scoops papers)

For You Gift Set (BasicGrey Two Scoops papers)

Check out my new blog banner!

A huge thank you goes out to my friend, Kristine Davidson, owner of Creative Scrappers, who surprised me this morning by sending me this awesome banner she made for my blog!! I kept thinking I would learn how to make one on my own, but I'm just not that computer savvy. I have no idea how she did it, and I can't believe that I figured out how to put it on my blog by myself, but isn't it pretty? Thank you Kristine!
