Still can't post any layouts

Not sure if it is a problem with blogger or photobucket, but I still can't post any layouts or sketches. I was hoping it was an Internet Explorer problem, but I still couldn't do it with Firefox, so I'm done until my hubby gets home and can hopefully figure this out for me.
